Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food preparation areas and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure the availability of products.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and menu items to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (high/senior high school) or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
