A Barista prepares high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. They maintain a clean and welcoming environment and ensure customers have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Recommend menu items and answer questions about ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
