Barge Supervisor

About the role
McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Crane Barge Supervisor (Piling) to lead crane‑barge and deck operations for steel and reinforced‑concrete pile installation to construct new pier/wharf works at Changi East. You’ll own the piling cycle and production performance while ensuring safety in heavy lifting operations. (Company transport from Tanah Merah MRT; alternate‑Saturday roster.)

Key responsibilities;

• Lead the crane‑barge operations and deck crew (crane operator, riggers, signalmen) to execute the piling plan safely and efficiently.
• Own production KPIs (piles/day, cycle time, downtime), track performance, and drive root‑cause actions to recover schedule.
• Plan and execute barge moves; manage mooring, anchors, and spuds; coordinate tugs/anchor boats and work with Survey to hold line & level for pile positioning.
