Who we want to meet

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a global leader in travel technology, working within their Digital Transformation Services team. The role sits at the heart of a strategic initiative to roll out Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the Hospitality business unit (hotels and accommodation providers), bridging sales and marketing teams to drive customer success.

Location: Hybrid (Madrid) or Remote depending on location

️ Languages: Advanced English required (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Hospitality business unit
• Collaborate with Sales Cloud and marketing teams to design and execute customer journeys, campaigns and automations
• Configure and maintain solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Mobile Studio
• Manage the integration between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect, ensuring data consistency and quality
• Develop audience segmentations, data extensions and data models tailored to the hospitality business
• Implement advanced content personalisation using AMPscript and/or SSJS
• Support Customer Success teams in designing communication strategies that improve product adoption
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR) across all digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a professional environment
• Strong command of core SFMC tools : Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud Connect)
• Advanced English level (B2/C1) — the role requires fluent communication in international environments
