The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked, clean, and running efficiently throughout service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies including spirits, wine, beer, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware throughout service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times.
- Engage with guests to build bar business by fostering genuine connections, maintaining relationships with regulars, and creating an inviting bar ambiance.
- Assist bartenders with prep work including cutting fruit, batching mixers, and setting up service stations.
