About the Role

Food & Beverage Assistant – Covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Salary

£12.71 per hour, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests politely and friendly.
• Deliver a great guest experience from beginning to end.
• Confidently discuss menus, offer upsells enthusiastically.
• Take orders and proactively meet guests’ needs.
• Maintain cleaning and good hygiene practices.
• Work across all areas of Sam’s and the driving range.
• Assist in any other outlet within the resort as needed.
