This is a great opportunity to take the first steps in your hospitality career and work as part of Bar Team within Tom Peppers Loft and Cellar Bar, part of Surya Hotels, reporting to and working with the site's management team to maximise guest experience.

Requirements to be a successful part of our Bar Team

• A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues
• Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer
• Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment
• This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/club work - you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts
