Bar Team Leader

We’re looking for a Bar Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the bar operates smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards, always.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, as Bar Team Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day shift execution, leading the team from the front and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects warm hospitality and attention to detail.

This role is critical in bring the ‘small details, big difference’ approach to life, ensuring the bar consistently delivers a high quality and memorable experience.

Your day to day;

Shift Leadership & Execution:

You will lead the bar team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient services, taking ownership of the bar in the absence of the Bar Manager. You will ensure the team is well briefed, prepared and set-up for service.
