Bar Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Upsell selected items such as wine and liquors.
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations following management guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent customer service, process customer complaints or feedbacks, and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain storefront inventory and continuously make necessary improvements for the front of house.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in F&B.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to motivate and lead a team.
