Bar Supervisor

Availability : Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe, breakfast, dinner and service areas
• Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system
• Supporting the F&B team with general duties during busy periods
