Bar Supervisor

De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham are recruiting a Bar Supervisor to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

As the Bar Supervisor you will

• Take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis.
• Work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge.
• Keep the bar area clean and well‑stocked at all times.

In return this role offers £13.27 per hour and excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, a complimentary 2 night stay with De Vere every year plus additional stays for £50 per room, time off over the Christmas period and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays!
