De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham are recruiting a Bar Supervisor to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

As the Bar Supervisor you will take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

In return this role offers £13.27 per hour and excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, a complimentary 2 night stay with De Vere every year plus additional stays for £50 per room, time off over the christmas period and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays!
