General Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needsPrepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino. Responsible for maintaining an F&B service, Bar operations of a high standard to Guests Being efficient and diplomatic where the reputation or image of the company is represented, particularly when dealing with situations involving Beverage Ensuring Guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
