Bar Supervisor

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising bar operations, managing bartenders and service staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring high-quality beverage service, and creating a positive guest experience.


•Supervise daily bar activities and staff performance
•Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service
•Train, schedule, and motivate bartenders and bar staff
•Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area
•Prepare and serve beverages when required
•Handle customer complaints professionally
•Check stock levels and assist with inventory management
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
•Monitor cash handling and POS transactions
•Assist in creating drink menus and promotions
•Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth service
