Responsibilities

As part of a team, you will serve food and drinks, maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service, and support operations throughout the shift.

• Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification.
• Deliver food to customers, complete check‑backs and clear plates within the required timeframe.
• Provide friendly customer interactions: say hello, thank customers and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean-as-you-go standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces and carry out toilet checks.
