Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of the bar, including managing staff schedules, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, maintaining inventory, and adhering to compliance and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, implementing marketing strategies to boost sales, training staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
