Bar Manager

Room 12 is on the look out for a superstar Bar Manager.
As we make changes to our versatile venue, and start to build new deals and nights to fill up 7 days of the week, we are in need of filling out our management team.

If you have experience in late night events, and running private parties and hires please apply. 
We would prefer somebody with a personal license and experience in a similar role, to fit nicely in our already great team.

We would love somebody with great knowledge of drinks and cocktails, and somebody who thrives on a big busy bar. 

General responsibilities
-Running shifts and managing your team.
-Serving and preparing drinks to order 
-Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
-Training and coaching of the team members 
-Help with growing our Drink and Cocktail offering
-Running of all events and supporting the manager in planning them.
-Stock counting and ordering
