Bar Manager - Casual

What is the role?

As the Bar Manager for our Kingpin North Strathfield venue, you will lead our Bar Attendants with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be responsible for ordering stock, maintaining COG budgets and supervise the team on shift. You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal.

We are looking to hire a casual Bar Manager to work approximately 20-30 hours per week, ideally over the weekend plus 1 weekday (including day/night shifts)

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid WWCC and RSA Certificate (or be willing to obtain!)
• A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a high-volume bar
