A Wahlburgers Bar Manager is an experienced professional committed to delivering the best in guest experience, working closely with the Restaurant Manager in cultivating a winning culture in a high-volume, fast-paced and extremely rewarding atmosphere.

Job functions include:

• Managing all operational aspects of the bar, including rostering and managing staff;
• Stock control, ordering, recipe and COGS management experience; and waste control management;
• Outstanding guest service skills, above and beyond hospitality mindset; • Ensuring the wellbeing and safe consumption of alcohol by patrons on premise;
• Compliance with health and safety standards and liquor laws and regulations; • Ability to execute recipes to brand standards;
• Knowledge of market trends and seasonal and regional flavours for rotating features and specials; • Quality Assurance experience;
