Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role will manage multiple bar venues at the hotel and the hotels beverage program and supplier management. You will be expected to drive Talent and guest satisfaction, as well as revenue and profitability. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; 

• Work closely with the Beverage & Food leadership team to curate beverage and food programs, and the beverage lists for the venue based on the concepts and market trends;
