PARC Brasserie & Bar showcase the essence of Europe and Mediterranean cuisine, nested at Pullman Adelaide, premium Accor hotel. Our Restaurant & Bar will take you on a journey in celebration of locally sourced ingredients and indulge our clients in specialties of Wine, Whisky and Gin that perfectly complements our dishes.

The successful applicants will become part of a vibrant team who seek for excellence. Experience in a premium quality bar and cocktail making is preferred. If you can provide a 5 start level of service and have some fun along the way, then this job is right for you.
