Bar Assistant

We are recruiting for part‑time Bar Staff to create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a part‑time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Shift Pattern

• Mon: Evenings
• Tues: Evenings
• Weds: Evenings
• Thurs: Evenings
• Fri: Evenings

This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high‑quality food that delights our customers.
• Maintaining an efficient bar service with an emphasis on quality.
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Having a thorough knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, including preparation and presentation.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
