Position: Conference and Banqueting Manager

Salary: £30,000 – 40,000 depending on experience.

Location: Hayes Kent BR2 7AL.

Athena is looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager who can oversee and support all departments including bars, restaurants, and conference catering. The role involves managing the operation for functions, weddings, banquets up to 300 guests and outdoor events of 1,000+ guests.

• Oversight and support to all departments – conference, bars, restaurant, and leisure provision.
• Management and development of team members.
• Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of all bars and catering operations.
