An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Head chef, to take charge of the Banqueting department at a luxury spa hotel in Crewe, that offers high quality fresh food in all of its outlets. The busy banqueting department, with its separate well equipped kitchen, provides meals for functions, weddings, celebrations, and large events within its multiple function rooms. As Banqueting head Chef you will lead the department, and be responsible for training and developing the 9 junior chefs that you are responsible for to ensure customer expectations are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banqueting Head chef to work with talented and enthusiastic chefs where you have plenty of opportunities to progress within the an established company.
