Banquet Server B (Part-Time)

Reporting to the Banquet Leadership Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Set tables according to event order, clients’ specifications and Fairmont Standards
• Set rooms for functions that have food venues required
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in the culinary field required
• Previous service experience an asset
