Job Duties

Prepares food for service with the Banquet operations, sets up the cooking line, and prepares food for a variety of banquet functions. Must follow all written and established recipes and prepare food according to established standards. Responsible to maintain clean and sanitary work areas, and to clean food prep areas after meal period. Teaches, trains and assists the other cooks that may cross over into Banquets with supervising and establishing the finest food preparation possible from the kitchen.
