This entails company and sector research, preparation of information memorandums, financial valuation and modelling, analysis of potential buyers/investors and much more. These analyses are part of client materials which help bankers to advice and service their clients in the areas of M&A, financings, and strategic advisory. Analyst will be aligned to a specific sector and geography.
