2. 個人戶之餘額證明案件處理
3. 二代健保、平帳&票交開關戶報送/票交拒往
4. 確保每日之作業正確率及Service Level Agreement
5. 確保案件內容與系統資料相符及文件詢問與回覆
6. 協助案件查詢進度及解決問題以提供更好的服務予前台同仁
