BANKING - HEAD OF RETAIL (DIGITAL)

OVERVIEW

HRSI is conducting an executive search on behalf of a leading global bank in Pakistan. The Head of Retail leads the growth and success of the bank's retail digital banking unit. You will own multiple P&Ls across a fully functional digital bank spanning strategy, products, client experience, distribution ecosystems, risk management, data analytics, digital channels, and Pakistan's national cash digitization agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital banking

• Grow the retail digital portfolio
• Build and manage digital channels & apps
• Develop P.A.A.S and B.A.S.S strategy
• Lead product owners & software teams
• Manage fintech partnerships

Business management

• Own P&L: deposits, lending, payments, wealth
• Drive ROI across product streams
• Implement credit, fraud & cyber risk frameworks
