Experience: 2–10 years (Law firm background)
What you’ll do
- Work on complex banking & finance transactions and client advisory
- Support regulatory aspects (SEBI/RBI/etc. exposure is a plus)
- Bring strong technical drafting/negotiation skills
- Collaborate as a team player and help build the B&F practice
What you’ll bring
- Admitted to the Bar
- LL.M / MAS / J.D. preferred
- Proven experience at a law firm on B&F deals
