Banking & Capital Markets Associate

We are instructed by the Luxembourg of an elite-level international law firm to assist with the hire of a talented Banking, Finance and Capital Markets lawyer.

The market leading team works on a range of highly complex and sophisticated banking, structured finance and capital markets deals, as well as helping clients to navigate their activities through regulatory frameworks.

They seek to appoint a talented mid-level EU-qualified Banking & Finance / Capital Markets lawyer with experience of working on complex cross-border mandates from a rated international or national firm.

The successful candidate will demonstrate robust intellectual rigour, a keen interest in the financial services sector, with strong commercial instincts. An excellent command of English is essential.
