Bank Teller / Customer service (12 months contract)

• Responding Attend to walk-incustomers
• Handle over-the-countertransactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
• Assist in customers’ enquiriesand ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total
• Customer satisfaction
• Prospect banking products andservices to customers
• Perform all banking activitiesin accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
• Maintains customer confidenceand protects bank operations by keeping information confidential

• Normal Banking Hours: 8.10am to 5pm
• Evening Banking Hours: 9.40am to6.30pm (evening banking allowance of $90 per month)
• 5 and a half day work week (offday in lieu)
• Please note that these are official hours but selected candidates may be required to stay on a little while to finish up paperwork, after the last customer leaves when the branch closes
