We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to work within our supported living service in Retford, delivering and overseeing high-quality support for three individuals with learning disabilities and/or difficulties, autism, and complex needs.

In this role, you’ll support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes, promoting choice, control, and inclusion in everyday life. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each person receives tailored, person-centred support that reflects their goals, preferences, and aspirations.
