About the Role

As a Bank Residential Support Worker at Bedspace, you’ll provide high‑quality support to young people as they work towards independence. You’ll play a key role in helping them develop practical skills, confidence and emotional resilience needed to live independently and thrive within their local community.

You’ll use our ASDAN modules to guide young people through key areas, including finance and budgeting, tenancy support, personal development, health and wellbeing, healthy eating, relationships and culture. Your role will involve helping them develop essential life skills, encouraging independence and supporting them through their day‑to‑day challenges.
