Bank Estates Service Technician (Joinery)

To provide a comprehensive and responsive multi-skilled maintenance service across all the Trust's properties, whilst specialising and leading in the delivery of quality joinery services. Sites include in-patient and non-inpatient environments.

Whilst the postholder shall be fully qualified in joinery services, they will also be competent in all elements of delivering a multi-skilled service, includingminor electrical and plumbing services, and support the delivery of a quality estates function.

Main duties of the job

• To work using own initiative to complete projects as assigned.
• To work closely with the Estates Services Technician (Electrical) andEstates Services Technician (Plumbing) within the North/South to takeownership of the sites and provide a robust and quality in-house specialist estates service.
