We are looking to recruit Bank Advanced Nurse Practitioners to support our existing ANP/NP team within the Orthopaedic Department, and to support our waiting time initiative. You will be expert clinical practitioners responsible for providing advanced clinical skills in our Orthopaedic unit (trauma and elective), enhancing care and improving patient flow in conjunction with national standards. You will work across Fife Elective Orthopaedic Centre, Orthopaedic trauma wards (and work alongside the Ortho-geriatric Consultant in our dedicated hip fracture ward.) Our Advanced Nurse Practitioners work effectively as senior members of the Orthopaedic Team ensuring the delivery of high quality, clinically effective care, utilising advanced clinical skills and knowledge. Working within our new National Treatment Centre provides an exciting opportunity to work autonomously with an ANP-Led unit.
