The Area Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for delivering the 4P's brand experience at scale. You will oversee multi-store performance (currently 4 outlets, future 10–15 outlets), while being able to dive into operations hands-on, build guest relationships, and accelerate standardization by creating and improving SOPs and operating tools that enable consistent execution across stores.
