Bancassurance Sales Assistant

Job Functions:

• Drive retail banking and channel sales performance by developing and executing strategic marketing plans

to achieve revenue and activation targets.

• Support day-to-day operations of Banca Heads and ensure attainment of sales goals.

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., BLU, Finance, Claims, Policy Services) to support sales

operations and service delivery.

• Prepare and submit regular productivity, sales, and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,

and annual).

• Handle client and partner requests, including quotations, policy issuance, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance of sales processes with underwriting and technical procedures.

• Manage relationships with key business partners, including bank relationship managers and distribution

channel officers.
