About the Role
The Bancassurance Division Manager (BDM) is responsible for ensuring that division sales targets and objectives are met. The position is responsible for overseeing hiring, training/development of Bancassurance Sale Executives and Bancassurance Area Managers well as collaborating with the Bank Partner on strategic planning, productivity optimization, business solutions and problem resolution.Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
Ensure each individual reporting to him/her delivers to committed targets and service levels and develops strategies to support these
Implement activity management based on agreed company standards and ensures assigned Bancassurance Area Managers have complete logistics needed to perform the job
