Position Summary

This role supports product quality and process consistency by preparing baked goods according to established formulas and procedures and by performing routine in-process and finished-product laboratory tests. The ideal candidate brings hands-on baking experience; laboratory testing methods will be trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products following approved formulas, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Execute in-process checks and finished-product evaluations (., weight, dimensions, moisture, texture, pH, Brix, water activity, or other site-specific tests) and accurately document results.
