Rotating roster which will include weekend work Part Time Position - minimum 24 hrs per week Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Cleans and sanitizes the bakery area including bakery cooler and freezer. Sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer. Cleans and re-fills mop bucket and cleans mop head.Dismantles bakery equipment, such as power mixer & muffin depositor. Washes, rinses and sanitizes removable parts in commercial dishwasher or by hand in three compartment sink. Wipes down stationary parts with cleaning agent, water and sanitizing agent.Washes bakery containers and utensils using commercial dishwasher.Re-stocks baking supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients.Collects cardboard and trash; operates trash compactor, cardboard baler.
