A great opportunity has arisen to work with Staffline and join our client, the UK's leading Bakery in Stoke on Trent, as a Bakery Operative.
We are looking for a Skilled Bakery Operative who is hard-working, willing to learn, and keen to progress.
The role would suit an individual with the ability to perform in a physically demanding, fast-paced and agile environment.
The rate of pay is from £12.71 to £16.48 per hour when qualified.
Various shifts are available:
- Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am
- Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Friday to Sunday 6am to 6pm
Your Time at Work
As a Bakery Operative, you will be working with fast-paced production lines, a high-pressure environment, and a busy planning schedule, which means that the lines will stop and change product, requiring equipment changes in between production runs.
