As the Commercial Bakery Chef you will have the following responsibilities,
You will lead the creation and development of new bakery products, making sure they deliver great taste, quality, and performance. Plan and run plant trials (test production runs) to check if new products work well and can scale up in our manufacturing plant. Partner closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and fix any issues during trials. Guide products smoothly from small-scale testing to full production. Create and update all product paperwork, including vendor info, trial summaries, final specs, ingredient lists, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
