Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the research and development of new bakery products, including recipe formulation, product testing, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and weigh all required raw materials, tools, and equipment according to the Research & Development (R&D) plan.
• Strictly follow experimental formula to produce small batch samples (such as dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, baking etc).
• Testing different process flows to find the optimal production method.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of the R&D process, including records the formula, process flow, key operation points, and sensory evaluation of the finished product for each trial in detail and accurately.
• Standardize number, label, and storage of the produced samples.
• Establish sample archived, including production date, formula version, storage conditions, and other information.
