Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in quality and taste.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately using kitchen scales.
• Mix batters using electric mixers or by hand.
• Shape doughs into desired shapes for different types of baked goods.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are baked to perfection.
