• Dough Preparation: Prepare doughs, batters, and other components for baking.
• Baking Knowledge: Understanding of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredient functions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure consistent quality in products.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creativity (for some bakeries): Ability to design decorative or themed baked goods.
