Role Summary
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise backup and storage infrastructure to ensure data protection, system reliability, and high service availability.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise backup environments using Veritas NetBackup (Master/Media Servers). Manage backup appliances, storage systems, and backup repositories. Configure and maintain Data Domain systems and deduplication technologies. Operate and support tape backup infrastructure and libraries. Manage cloud-based backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Azure Recovery Services Vault). Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
