Responsible for the daily monitoring and management of the backup environment, including the administration of Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, and HP StoreOnce backup solutions.
Acts as an escalation point for all backup issues and provides 24x7 IT operations support on a rotation and on‐call basis.

Conduct problem management and incident correlation on recurring issues.
Create and maintain documentation for backup environments.
