Backend Technical Lead (AWS Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the engineering team
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high performance backend systems on AWS Cloud
• Architect and implement microservices based solutions and RESTful APIs
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage system integration across multiple applications and services
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards are met
• Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Drive CI CD implementation and improve deployment automation processes
• Mentor and support junior and mid level engineers
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for cloud optimization and operations
