Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
To provide process engineering support for manufacturing line and responsible for improving and maintaining equipment efficiency which lead to quality and yield improvement. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform molding equipment maintenance, molding process and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data extraction and analysis. 
To conduct machine life span studies and equipment maintenance cost reduction.
Ownership on operational indicators such as safety, machine OEE,UPH, MTBA line yield and machine defect reduction.
Budgeting, capital planning and capacity installation.
Support process and engineering development for NPI.
To drive equipment improvement and efficiencies 
Other duties as assigned.
